Tyler Ewing serves as Senior Vice President of Construction at Barber Partners, where he leads the firm’s nationwide construction platform supporting the development of cold and dry storage facilities in strategic markets across the United States. Previously, he led construction for RLCold.

Tyler is a construction and engineering executive with extensive experience delivering complex industrial facilities, temperature-controlled buildings, and highly automated distribution environments. He oversees the full construction lifecycle—from conceptual design and pre-construction planning through project delivery and occupancy—ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

With a disciplined focus on capital planning, cost control, schedule certainty, and risk management, Tyler plays a critical role in maintaining performance across Barber Partners’ development portfolio. He serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, investors, and field teams, aligning strategic objectives with on-the-ground execution.

Tyler earned both his undergraduate and graduate engineering degrees from Auburn University.

Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, skiing, boating, following college athletics, and spending time with family and friends.
